Making a difference in an ever changing industry. Providing a difference and streamlining the relationship between America's Fleet of Owner Operators, Company Drivers and America's premier Supply Chain customers. Connecting each entity and streamlining America's Supply Chain with the veteran fleet across our country. That and adapting to an ever changing Federal and compliance aspect each and every day. That is what we do. Companies want to be bound by simplistic mission statements, catchy slogans or catch phrases. Standing behind what we say we'll do, and performing on that statement. That's all we do.
In many years in the industry (over two plus decades), you realize what is important. Our drivers, our fleet, our relationships. It overcomes all. I take pride in knowing each and every driver we send out to bring home America's dinner, their food goods, clothes, material and manufactured purchases. Never doubt it, America is moved and brought home one load at a time.
The real partnership is "your name / my name". What you put on the line every single day. I still love being in the trenches to this day. Each and every day. I remember as a very different , very admitedly younger man fresh to the industry, Werner Enterprises entrusted in time for me to handle the Sears Dedicated Fleet on the East Coast and Mexico servicing North America.
Of the fifty-five driver I talked to each day back then, I can tell you the bulk of most of their names, their homes origin, where they were from and why they chose to choose a career path in this amazing industry. I still keep in touch with many of them still.
I look at our industry and firmly believe the best of what we can do is still ahead of us. From every fork lift driver, dock manager, owner operator, fleet manager, brokerage and account manger, we all want the same thing: To do our jobs well, take care of each other, and go home safe at night.
